Shavings are used for any type of animal bedding. They’re 100% pine wood shavings. Available in two different sizes: fine to medium flake and medium to large flake.
Fine to Medium Flake Shavings
Fine to medium fake shavings are produced from lumber mill that produces window and door frames, moldings, and finished lumber. As a result they’re very low moisture and produce a very dry absorbent shaving. These shavings are packaged in paper bags, floor loaded on trailers and come in 3.25cuft bags.
Medium to Large Flake Shavings
The other type of shavings available are medium to large fake. These are from a manufacturer of shavings. The mill takes 100% pine logs and removes all bark and foreign materials from the logs and then runs them through a shavings machine that turns them into shavings. They remove all dust from these shavings which is makes these shavings ideal for animals with respiratory issues or any customers that are looking for a dust free bedding. These are packaged in plastic bags and are palletized and can be stored outside and stay dry in the elements. These are also available 3.25cuft bags.
